Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, worldwide shipping has been disrupted with heavy delays and interruptions. The pandemic has caused millions of packages to be delayed or go missing for a lot of online retailers, including Momokai. The biggest interruption has been with international shipping services, which experienced the highest rate of delivery failure in over a decade.

While many U.S. based online retailers have since stopped offering international shipping, we continued to offer international shipping service despite the long delay and high rate of delivery failures because we have a lot of eager customers that want to use our products.

While this situation is beyond our control, we tried our best to make sure all of our international customers are satisfied with their order experience with us. Despite the financial hit, we continued to offer international shipping even during the worst of the pandemic. However, starting today, we are restricting shipping service to some countries. Below is a list of countries that will see shipping restrictions until further notice.

Countries that are no longer offering standard shipping:
Bahrain
Columbia
Hungary
Italy
Philippines
UAE
Qatar
Saudi Arabia

*Premium Air Express shipping is the only option for these countries because the shipping partner for standard shipping is no longer in service for these countries

Countries that will not be accepted for shipping:
Botswana, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Eritrea, Eswatini (Swaziland), French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Lesotho, Martinique, Mauritius, Myanmar, Mongolia, Reunion (Bourbon), Saint Pierre and Miquelon (Miquelon), Samoa, Seychelles, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

*these countries does not currently have a working international shipping service due to COVID-19, geopolitical conflicts, or political issues.
