Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. However, the bigger the quantity, the more bulk discounts we can offer.
If you want a single unit, it will cost more than the MSRP of the device.
How long does it take to get the macropads customized?
The time we need to get a customized order to be ready-to-ship heavily depends on the level of customization and the quantity needed.
Typically for quantity less than 70 units, we have the devices on-hand and we can get them customized and ready-to-ship within 1-2 weeks.
For orders larger than 70 units, we will require additional manufacturing which can take around 4-5 weeks.
How do I place an order?

Is it possible to personalize individual units within an order?
Yes! We are able to laser engrave each individual unit differently so you can personalize the item for a specific person.
What is the shipping policy?
We ship from the United States. For orders to the continental U.S., the shipping is free through either USPS or UPS.
We also ship to most international countries through DHL. Customs and import fees can be prepaid for faster import.
Is it possible to order a custom macropad with more keys?
It is possible to for us to develop a new macropad to fit exactly with your needs. However, such projects require a large amount of time and development cost. For new devices, we require at least a minimum order quantity of 200 units and all development costs to be paid upfront. Development time can range from 3-8 months depending on complexity.
