My tracking information has not been updated in a long time? Should I be concerned?

For non U.S. orders placed with USPS First Class International, it is normal for the tracking status to not update for a long time. Please use the following chart to see what the tracking status mean and how to get more information.

The package is handed off to your local postal service for final delivery to your address. Delivery times can vary depending on the local postal service. The USPS tracking page will not update with further status until the package is delivered.

Where is my tracking number?

A tracking number is sent to your email when your order has been processed and shipped. If you have not received a tracking number then your order has not been processed for shipping.

Why did my order take longer than the estimated time at checkout?

All orders have 1-2 business days processing time before it is shipped. This processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time and all orders will need the 1-2 business days processing time.

So if the order was placed for 1 day shipping, it will require 1-2 business days processing time and 1 day delivery time. For the economy shipping method, it will take 1-2 business days plus the 5-8 shipping time.

We do not offer refunds or reimbursements for shipping fees as we are still shipping the order with the upgraded service and issues with delivery are beyond our control.

 

Additionally, we only process shipping on Monday-Fridays since shipping couriers are only open on business days. If you placed an order on Friday night, it will be processed for shipping on the following Monday. We also do not process orders on U.S. nationally recognized holidays.

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping is only available for U.S. orders over $25. Discount is automatically added in checkout.

I am from the EU, do I have to pay VAT?

Yes, after July 1st, 2021 our VAT exemption status has expired and VAT charges are billed to the customer. Our prices do not include VAT. Your local postal service should contact you to pay any VAT duties before final delivery. Shipping fees will not be refunded if a customer refused delivery for not paying VAT charges.

My tracking information shows delivered but I don't have the package. What should I do?

For U.S. orders, it is possible the tracking updates to "delivered" status but doesn't actually deliver until the following business day. This is due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to deliver to you again.


For non U.S. orders, if your order was delivered to Los Angeles, it means it was returned back to us because of an address error. Please contact us if the tracking status shows that or "Returned back to sender".

If your tracking says delivered and it wasn't delivered to Los Angeles, it means it has attempted delivery but nobody was at the place of residence at the time of delivery. Please wait until the following business day for another delivery attempt. If no attempt was made, please contact your local post office to see if a parcel has been left for you. In certain cases, a parcel will be left with a local carrier's office if the recipient is not available for delivery for 30 days. In most cases, however, the parcel may be misdelivered to a neighbor or nearby address and just needs a little extra time to find its way into the right hands.

If you have not been able to locate the parcel, please submit a request so we can investigate further.

I don't want to wait for my order, can I request a refund?

If your order is on backorder and it has not been processed for shipping, you can contact us to cancel the order for a full refund.
