What is your return policy?
If you don't love your purchase for any reason, we accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. That's it. It's that simple.
Submit a return request and include your order number to start the process.
For U.S. orders, we offer free return postage.
For non U.S. orders, including Canadian orders, shipping charges are nonrefundable, including UPS and DHL shipping charges.
What is the Sim Pad 90 Days Hardware Warranty?
We offer a 90 days hardware warranty for all Sim Pads purchased from Momokai. Please visit our Sim Pad Warranty page to see the full warranty policy for the Sim Pad.
Out-of-warranty repair service
If your Sim Pad is outside of our 90 days hardware warranty and requires service, we offer two options for out-of-warranty repairs.
We also offer repair services for U.S. customers. For Sim Pads, our in-house repair service cost $15 and it includes shipping fees, parts, and labor. Please contact us with your order number and we can get you started.
