How to factory reset your Momokai Macropad
This guide will help you perform a factory reset and clear the memory on your Tap Trio, Tap Duo, or Aurora macropad.
Option 1 - Fast reset
Fast reset is a quick way to reset your device back to default settings.
To perform a fast reset, hold down the bootloader key and plug your device in. Keep holding the bootloader key for 15 seconds while plugged in.
Unplug and plug the device back in and it should be reset.
Bootloader key:
Tap Trio - Left mechanical key
Tap Duo - Middle quick action button
Aurora - First row top mechanical key
Option 2 - Reset by reflashing firmware
Reflashing the firmware is a longer way to reset the device and update the device to the latest version. Check out the Firmware Update Guide.
