Holiday Shopping Deadlines 2021

Hi everyone!

As we approach the end of the year, we understand many people might be interested in ordering from us for the holiday season. With the global logistics slowdown and the semiconductor shortage, we highly recommend ordering as soon as possible if anyone is planning of gifting a Sim Pad to their friends and family, as we are unsure if we can maintain adequate stock the closer we approach December. 

12/07/2021 Update

We have extended our order processing time due to high volume of orders. All orders are planned for shipping on December 11th, 2021 regardless of shipping speeds. However, priority shipping still means faster shipping after the order is processed. If your tracking status shows "Label created..." then it is scheduled to ship on the 11th. 

Non. U.S. customers ordering with USPS first class international shipping service will not receive their package prior to Christmas day. Please choose DHL or UPS services to ensure delivery prior to the 25th.

 

Below is the recommended order date to be delivered in time for the December 25th holiday, which lands on a Saturday this year. 

For U.S. customers:

Continental U.S.:

Economy shipping: December 14th

USPS Priority Mail: December 17th

Air/Army/Fleet/Diplomatic post office addresses:

Economy and USPS Priority Mail: December 8th

Alaska and Hawaii:

Hawaii economy and USPS Priority Mail: December 16th

Alaska economy and USPS Priority Mail: December 17th

 

For non-U.S. customers

USPS First Class Package International: this service is highly dependent on the shipping speed of the destination country's local postal service speed. We do not have an approximation of how long deliveries can take since it can take from 6-36 business days depending on the country. We recommend customers to order as soon as possible for the best chance of getting their orders before the holidays. 

UPS and DHL express worldwide services: December 10th

The following dates are U.S. nationally recognized holidays and we cannot process shipping until the following business day:

 

Friday Dec. 24th-25th Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Friday Dec. 31st-Jan. 1st New Year's Eve and New Year's Day

On these holidays, we are giving the Momokai team time to spend with their family and loved ones during these difficult times. 

 

Once again, we highly recommend customers to order as soon as possible regardless of the delivery times because as December approach, we might be experiencing shortages due to high demand.
